Nuova puntata di Rock Wave con Alberto Prisco!

Dopo gli speciali dedicati ai classici del passato e alle cover, RockWave, la trasmissione condotta da Alberto Prisco, torna al suo formato abituale con una nuova selezione di uscite discografiche.

La puntata si apre con “Keeping Our Heads Above Water”, il nuovo brano dei Jayhawks, storica band di Minneapolis. Il pezzo richiama il loro classico sound americana con un testo introspettivo, ed è stato registrato interamente dal vivo in studio. Il singolo anticipa il nuovo album della band, “Sanctuary Park”.

“Rice” è il nuovo brano dei Green Fudge, formazione blues rock psichedelica nata a Trieste nel 2024 sotto la guida del chitarrista Francesco Colautti. La traccia richiama il sound dei Settanta, tra slanci blues, vibrazioni psichedeliche e ampie sezioni improvvisate. Il brano introduce il loro prossimo album, “Between the Blues and the Rising Sun”.

The Strokes, storica band indie rock newyorkese attiva dal 1998, tornano con “Lonely In The Future”. Il gruppo resta sotto la guida di Julian Casablancas e presenta il nuovo album “Reality Awaits”, prodotto da Rick Rubin
